Summer School of ICT Law 2012 takes place 5 - 11 August 2012 in Reichenau/RAX, Austria. For more information, please consult the website of the European Academy of Law and ICT (lawandict.eu). Applications will be closed on 25 May 2012, acceptance notices will be disseminated before 15 June 2012. The participation fee is 400 EUR/participant and includes accommodation, full board and all materials. There are available 10 full scholarships for students of Faculty of Law, Masaryk University. Students from other law schools and/or non-academic participants, please check the scholarship or other financing options with your institutions.

Join us in Florence, on 25 and 26 September 2012, to discuss on the present status of smart surveillance systems, on risks and opportunities inherent to the use of these technologies from a multidisciplinary approach.

Smart project Members together with academics, stakeholders and policy makers will sit around the same table exchanging and debating on their different views relating smart surveillance systems.

The Workshop is hosted by ITTIG - Institute of Legal Information Theory and Techniques of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR) with the support of IRPPS – Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies of CNR.
