LL.M. in ICT law
The internationally recognized LL.M. program in Information and Communication Technology Law is a highly specialized three-semester graduate program designed for those interested in the legal aspects of information and communication technologies. The program is aimed at lawyers from all legal disciplines with an interest in information and communication technologies. Introductory courses allow individuals without a legal education—such as IT specialists, ICT managers, security experts, and public administration executives—to complete the program as well.
The program is taught using the latest teaching methods in a way that accommodates students’ time constraints and heavy workloads. Instruction takes place on several levels—in-person, through self-directed distance learning, and through distance learning under the direct guidance of an instructor. This combination of distance and in-person learning thus allows students to maximize the benefits of both methods. The number of participants in the program is limited, and students receive individualized attention.
The LL.M. program is academically administered and overseen by the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University. The Department of Law and Technology is responsible for its implementation.
