LL.M. - Master of Laws

The internationally recognized LL.M. program in Information and Communication Technology Law is a narrowly focused three-semester postgraduate program designed for those interested in the legal aspects of information and communication technologies. The target audience of the program is lawyers of all legal professions with an interest in information and communication technologies. Propaedeutic introductory courses enable those without a legal background to take the programme - IT specialists, ICT managers, security experts, public administration managers, etc.

The programme is taught using the latest teaching methods in a way that reflects the time possibilities of the students and their high workload. Teaching takes place at several levels - in person, by self-study and at a distance under the direct guidance of a lecturer. The combination of distance and face-to-face teaching allows to take advantage of both methods to the maximum. The number of participants in the programme is limited, and students receive individual attention.

The LL.M. programme is professionally provided and guaranteed by the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. The Institute of Law and Technology is responsible for its implementation.
